RACEDAY BENEFITS

​There is nothing better then seeing your horse race at one of Queensland’s finest racetracks across the State.

 

Each racecourse will have the own set of “owner benefits,” particularly on days that you have a horse racing at their racecourse.

​

We are currently working with Race Clubs across the state on new and exciting initiatives to give our members the best race day experiences across the 12 months of the year.

We also want to be able to give our members the ability to bring their friends to see just what the thrill of racehorse ownership can bring.

QTOA Reciprocal Access

Please see below the list of reciprocal rights for QTOA members at various racetracks in QLD.

  • Brisbane Race Club – Purchase General Admission to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Members day pass for the
    main card holder and up to one (1) guest on standard race days. Not valid on Carnival days and Metropolitan days.

  • Gold Coast Turf Club  – Present QTOA card on arrival to Main Gate to receive complimentary general admission entry. Valid on standard racedays only.

  • Ipswich Turf Club – Present QTOA card on arrival to Main Gate to receive complimentary general admission entry. Valid on standard racedays only.

  • Toowoomba Turf Club – Present QTOA card on arrival to Main Gate to receive complimentary general admission entry. Valid on standard racedays only.

  • Townsville Turf Club – Present QTOA card on arrival to Main Gate to receive complimentary general admission entry. Valid on standard racedays only.

  • Beaudesert Race club – Present QTOA card on arrival to Main Gate to receive complimentary general admission entry. Valid on standard racedays only.

Industry Advocacy Groups

Since commencing operation in August 2021, the QTOA has been able to advocate for owners and has been appointed to the following industry groups:

  • Thoroughbred Advisory Panel

  • Thoroughbred Industry Alliance

  • QRIC Stakeholder Reference Group

In addition to this, the QTOA has direct access in Racing Queensland and is in regular discussion around key topics such as prizemoney allocation.
